Urgent ! October 8th

Hey! I’m looking for a new housemate to take over a lovely room in my Stoke Newington home. The house is fantastic – it’s on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the high street, so you get the best of both worlds: close to everything, but super peaceful.

The House:

• Great common spaces to hang out in
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (oven, microwave, dishwasher, modern hobs)
• Amazing garden that’s perfect for relaxing
• Not a party house, but we’ve had some epic gatherings here. Perhaps it’s more suitable if you are older than 35 !
• The street has a real community vibe, with lots of families around.

The Room:

• Medium-sized with a view of a tree right outside your window
• Super quiet, so you’ll sleep like a baby

About Me:

• I’m an architect and work long hours, so you’ll have the place to yourself a lot.
• I travel to Madrid for work every month or two, usually for a week or two, so you’ll get even more space to yourself
• I’m into art, cooking, and making ambient music (don’t worry, I’m considerate with noise, architecture doesn’t allow me much time for that 😅, however if you are a musician or an artist could be a fit for a creative house, we currently enjoy this vibe ) Mubi anyone ?
