We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely four-bedroom home in Stoke Newington.

Key details:
* *Room*: The room is HUGE—the largest in the house, with lots of natural light and space for activities. It officially comes unfurnished, but I’m happy to sell some of the furniture cheaply if you’d like (except the bed).
* *Rent*: £895.50 + Bills (£130) = £1,025 per month. You would need to be added to the contract which will go until end of August 2025.
* *Deposit*: £600
* *House*: Our spacious home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional separate toilet. There's plenty of living space to enjoy, and we have a gorgeous garden that we spend a lot of time in during summer together.
* *Location*: N167AP, We’re in the best spot next to leafy Stoke Newington Common, surrounded by great cafes, pubs, lush green spaces and the famous Londis16 for amazing homemade Indian food. Closest station is Rectory rd overground 5mins walk) with plenty of bus routes.

*About us*: We’re all in our 30s and have shared this home for several years. We are an LGBT friendly household. Dean (British) works as a full time massage therapist (perk of the house), isa (Spanish) works at an art gallery and Joaquin (Spanish) is a London tour coordinator. We are a really friendly and easy going bunch, we like to have nights out here and there but we aren’t a party house. We boast family vibes and see the place as more of a home and sanctuary.

*About you*: we are looking for somebody to join our warm home, must be 30+, friendly, female preferred or gay male 🙏🏻. Pets aren’t allowed unfortunately 😢 we are clean and tidy and would like the same from the next member of the house 🙌🏻

*Move-in date*: Ideally 23 October, but we can be flexible for the right person.
