My name is Martina and my partner is Reuben. We have been living in this flat together for the last 2 years, but Martina has been here for 5. We are a couple and we rent 2 bedrooms, one has been used as office/studio space.
The flat has 4 bedrooms but the couple who lives with us has bought a flat and will be moving end of the month.
Rooms available:
- room 1: this is medium room. It has space for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers or a desk. There is extra space in the basement for suitcases or other stuffs.
Room 2: this is big room. It has space for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. Even more!
This flat has wood floor, plenty of natural light, a small room that we use for laundry but has a sofa/tv eventually and an enormous garden ready to host BBQs in summer or drinks with friends.
ALL BILLS are £135 including also a cleaner every week.
We are open to 2 friends, 2 single people or a couple (but in this case you would need to rent 2 rooms, as we dont want an overcrowded place!)
Forgot to mention that we have one big bathroom and one smaller so no busy time in the morning.
There is an agency fee to pay for the reference check and you will be in the contract as well.
