The flat is part of the gated Gibson Gardens (off Stoke Newington High Street)with beautiful communal gardens. It's recently renovated and on the top floor so it gets lots of natural light. Located just opposite Abney Park. With the overground station and several bus routes a short walk from the flat.

The flat has a separate living room and kitchen. Fully furnished with washer / dryer. All bills are included, except broadband which comes to £13.25 per person per month. We recently purchased some stuff for the flat like a vacuum cleaner, bins etc so I'd want whoever moved in to pay the share I contributed - £35.

You'd be moving in with Cecilia, a 29 year old young professional who likes cooking, wine and dancing salsa. She's looking for someone laid-back who'll make the flat a relaxed and open environment.

The landlady is lovely and super helpful. The contract you'd be taking over runs until 20th January 2025, with the possibility to extend if both parties are happy.
