Location is amazing- right next to bus stops that take you to central, 10 mins walk to Canonbury, 25 to Highbury and Islington. 2 minutes walk to Stoke Newington Church St and the gorgeous Clissold Park. The area is peaceful and full of families and young professionals, I’ve always felt safe walking round.
Bills are super cheap- approx £63 per month (gas, electricity, wifi, water) and council tax is included in the rent.
Move in date is the beginning of November and can be flex on this. The contract is rolling so you can stay for as long or as little as you’d like. Friendly landlord and agents and no transfer fee.
Will be doing in-person and FaceTime viewings next week :)
