Seeking - a friendly, tidy, and chilled female housemate, preferably aged 30 – 40, to replace me as I’m sadly moving out to fulfil my dreams of becoming a gardener.
Current housemate - Emma (34) is looking for someone who wants their house to be a home, who is happy to balance being sociable (occasionally sharing meals, binging box sets, or pub quizzing), with being respectful of space when needed. Emma is a beautiful human - fiercely intelligent (fluent in German and Spanish), an incredible baker (she has the best brownies I’ve ever tasted), and is a sickeningly talented knitter, sewer and crafter (she recently made a jacket, from scratch in only a weekend!). Emma works as a programme manager at a well-known charity, Monday to Friday (9-5) with the odd WFH day, so is seeking someone who works in a similar pattern.
The (private) landlady is wonderful, really quick to fix stuff and there’s no estate agents or fees to deal with.
The room is big, you can fit a king sized bed (as pictured). The flat is only 1 minute walk from the 73 bus, close to shops, restaurants and pubs, and has a secure, lockable bike box outside – so cyclists should feel free to apply!
