Two rooms in lovely Stoke Newington home

Hello !

We have two bright rooms for rent in a beautiful terraced house, just off Church Street in Stoke Newington. It’s a four bed house, and the rooms are both extremely light and have lovely views onto our green garden, where we have hosted many midsummer dinners + drinks. The house has a huge sitting/dining room and separate kitchen, so loads of space to spread out if you wfh. There are 2 bathrooms and loads of storage around the place.

Two of our housemates are leaving, but staying are Ju and Rosa. We’re both mid twenties and super friendly - always up for chat in kitchen / pint at the auld shillelagh! We both also have our own thing going on, and get the importance of personal space and independent lives etc. This is not a party house, but we’re really chilled about friends coming over for dinners etc.

We’re looking for professionals, no couples or pets. Must be queer / trans friendly.

The house is in a truly amazing location, just 10 mins walk to beautiful Clissold Park and all the joys of Dalston just on your doorstep. In terms of transport, only 5 mins walk to bus which takes you straight to oxford circus // 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington overground straight into Liverpool street // 15 mins bus to Seven Sisters and the Victoria line.

Both rooms are available from 17th of December, which is when our contract renews. We’re looking for people who are interested long term - ideally one year minimum. One of the rooms comes furnished, with a bed and built in wardrobe (£850 pm) and the other is unfurnished (£830pm). Deposits for each room is actually £1200.
