It's just off the Stoke Newington Station walk way where our first front door is, then there is a private walkway for about 150 yards to our front door. On the ground floor as you walk in, there is a spacious hallway, 2x bedrooms and a bathroom (with a stand alone bath and shower). On the 1st floor, there is a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space. Finally a 3rd bedroom and terrace is on the 2nd floor with en suit.
We're looking for a queer person in their late 20s/ early 30s in full time employment. You will need to provide pay slips to the landlord.
We're Ellie and Tom, two queers with a can do attitude. Ellie, 29, works for a Modern Slavery charity, Tom, 27, works in advertising. Home is really important to us, making it cute and cozy and enjoying our time together in the house.
We're big believers in laughter and safety makes a great house dynamic and looking for someone who wants to co-habit the space rather than dip in and out.
We need to move quite quickly so we'd be looking to meet any potential housemates on Thursday 31st/ Friday 1st this week ideally somewhere near Dalston. We'd then look to book in a viewing at the property w/c 4th November. We put in an offer for the house, got it and have paid the holding deposit, however, one housemate has dropped out last minute which is where you come in!
