Look no further! We have a double room going in our beautiful 3-bedroom flat in Stoke Newington (N16) starting Jan 4, 2025.

About the room:
It’s fully furnished with a bed, bed frame, built in shelves and a large window overlooking the park with blackout curtains. The current tenant Fiona is open to selling her stand-up rail rack at a low cost.

Rent per month: £850 (fixed)
Bills: ~120 (including everything–gas, electric, Wifi, council, water, 1x per month cleaner)

About the flat:
The flat is one of eight flats in the building and has been renovated recently.
We have an amazing landlord who is super responsive and everything in the flat functions really well.
The entire flat (all bedrooms and shared spaces) get amazing natural light throughout.

About your flatmates:
You will be living with Flo (she/her, 26) and Tilly. Flo has lived in London for nearly 9 years and has been at the flat since January 2024. Flo works for a big tech company and is usually in the office 4/5 days a week. Her and Tilly enjoy fitness, yoga, Pilates, dance, travelling, plants, dogs, books, and loves going out to DJ events to have a boogie with friends. Tilly has also lived in the area for a while.

We occasionally host little dinners or pres for a night out but are not major partiers. We really respect our neighbours and community here!

What we’re looking for:
We’d love to welcome someone who is sociable, who likes to hang and chat, but also appreciates personal time and space. We’re looking for someone who is mid to late 20s/early 30s and ideally works a hybrid schedule. You would also need to come onto the lease (pass reference checks and have the right to live in the UK).

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is a kind, chill and all-round nice person that loves Stoke Newington and is able to move in January!
