Description
Cosy top floor attic room with double bed/mattress. The room is small but warm and nice, and has a good storage space and a lovely window. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers just outside the room for your clothes.
The house is a classic victorian terrace close to church street and 10 mins from Dalston Kingsland / Junction. Buses at the end of the street. Clissold Park within walking distance!
We have a lovely garden, kitchen and living room to share as a household. There are two toilets, one with shower and bath.
The housemates are lovely and interesting, all working in different sectors, and from different places but with a common interest in cooking, having a beer together (there are great local pubs) and generally being sociable.
Would be looking for prospective housemate to meet us all in person one evening next week (w/c 11 November). Please be aware that we are only considering female applicants as, with me moving out, the other housemates are keen to get a better gender balance in the house (currently we have 4 men and 1 woman, including me).
Please respond on here with a bit about yourself, if the 1st of December works for you to move in, and what time would suit you for a meet up in the evenings Monday onwards.
I'm sorry but we can't have students due to splitting the council tax equally.
Many thanks
