You will replace myself in the tenancy agreement from 20th December onwards until 20th June, where it will then be possible to renew for another 12-month term. The room is available for you to earlier than 20th Dec and if so we can sort this month's rent pro-rata.

This cosy double room is one of 3 bedrooms in this lovely flat. You will be sharing with Jasper, an actor, and Katie, a fashion assistant, who have both lived here for over a year, and would love to welcome a fellow creative that likes a chilled, relaxing living environment.

Preferably looking for a female between 22-30 who is sociable and friendly!

It is on the first floor of a building with stairs access only.
It has a kitchen/dining room combo and a shared bathroom, with a washing machine.
The bedroom itself will come with a wardrobe and drawer. It currently has a single bed but this can be replaced by a double bed as per the pictures upon request with the estate agent.

Groceries are covered by a Tesco Express & Sainsbury's within a 5-10min walk.
If you're into pubs or parks, there's an abundance of options throughout Dalston and Church Street, with Clissold Park (20min) or Hackney Downs Park (10min) just a stroll away.
