Double room available in Stoke Newington House

3 bedroom house located in a gated community in Stoke Newington.
Front and back garden , 5 minute walk to Stoke Newington overground & 10 minute walk to Church Street.
Really lovely house with 2 toilets, shared living room and separate kitchen.
Must love dogs as our French Bulldog, Puccini rules the house and gets treated like royalty 🐶

You’ll be living with 2 others, Adam (36) & Alice (27) who both work hybrid so usually there is someone working from home.

Adam is an architect and also the owner of Puccini the Frenchie. He loves to cook, watch the football, go to the pub, get creative with his painting or drawing and also loves a pamper night with a bath and face mask. (He also loves to cook for housemates and makes a banging Sunday Roast)

Alice works in the mental health department of the NHS working with children in schools & hospitals so as you can imagine she is a kind sweetheart. She loves to go to the gym , does ballet , loves to sit back and watch a movie or series and is a fantastic hostess for creative girly nights in.

Ideally we are looking for someone that would fit in with the house dynamics (a very family like home where we spend time eating / chilling / watching movies together in equal parts of doing our own thing ).

It would be great to find someone as obsessed with Puccini as the rest of us because we all take time to walk & play with him so he’s never left alone.

The room comes with a double bed & wardrobe and I am looking to sell my large hanging mirror and white drawers as seen in pics, so if you’re interested in keeping them let me know 😊

Bills are usually between £90-£120 depending on the time of year.
