Female 3 bed flat in Stoke Newington / Dalston

Hello! We're Charlie and Jazz, we're both 29, looking for ideally another girl, 27-34. Charlie works in finance and Jazz works for Save the Children, we've been living in the flat since 2021 and both the flat and Stokey/Hackney are home to us. We're both quite independent but also love our chill time at home watching tv and chatting and it is quite a chill space for us, we love fun (Jazz really loves the pub, especially the Shakspeare opposite) so it would be fab to have someone who can also be in the mix but also has their own thing going on too. We both do a mix of WFH and working in the office and having someone in the same kind of 'young professional' space and timetable as us would be great. As we've lived here for a while, we do really see the flat as home and like to treat it as such (we're clean n tidy, have a henry hoover and an air fryer). It's a double bedroom with a desk and big wardrobes, we have a shared garden. No smoking (indoors) or pets (sadly) - it's 900 and then bills are approx 160.
