Large single room in quiet N16 home

Large bright furnished room with built in storage and bills included. It's an all female household, so ideal for a female who wants a comfortable, clean, stress-free place to stay. One or two days home working is OK but not full time.
You’ll have use of large and well equipped kitchen-diner, laundry room and unlimited fast wifi. The bathroom is kept spotless and shared between just us 3, often only 2 others, and there is an additional downstairs loo.
It's a very quiet residential street but only 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington High St/Church St/Dalston and lots of transport connections to city & West End. 10 minutes' walk to London Overground at Dalston Kingsland/Junction or Rectory Road for City/ Shoreditch /Stratford and Victoria line. See my map for more details. A bike can be parked in the utility room if needed.
Current household consists of a working part time lodger, an MA student and I'm the homeowner -I think I can say I'm relaxed and friendly, the average stay of my lodgers is 2.5 years, some much more. I have my own sitting room but the kitchen is huge with space to sit and eat or chat. We mostly to do our own thing in the evenings and socialise out of the house. I have space for another quiet, relaxed female who will fit in with the calm atmosphere and keep things clean and tidy.
