A double bedroom is becoming available in a lovely house share in Hackney in early December. The house is located 3 minutes from Hackney Downs Park, 5 minutes from Rectory Road Overground Station, and close to a wide array of great cafes, bars and restaurants – the location is amazing!

The house has a cosy living room, a large kitchen and a luscious garden (with a fire pit). There are two bathrooms, shared by four people. A cleaner comes once every two weeks. The advertised room, located on the top floor, comes fully furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and an armchair. There is also a closet just outside the room for extra storage. The house has fast internet.

The house mates (Angela, Harry and Will) are very kind and sweet. They are professionals in their 30s and early 40s working in creative industries, and they are into yoga, football, climbing and improv, among other things. The house is not a ‘party house’, except for Eurovision of course.

The new house mate would ideally be a woman in her 30s looking to stay for at least a year.

Rent: 700 per month (excl. bills)

Bills: around 160 per month. Council tax band E

Move-in date: Ideally around the 6th of December 2024
