Delightful & reasonably priced room off Church st

This is a short term let over the festive period. Available for up to 1 month (Dec 19 to Jan 19, and pretty flexible on dates)

Photos don't do it justice, but comes with lots of storage, big desk and a comfy bed. Good-sized, warm, room, with a lovely outlook and metres away from Church street.

Rent is normally 1200/month including bills, but very happy to negotiate a rate below this. Flatmates are 2 friendly Kiwis and a Brit, and there are 2.5 bathrooms in the flat, which we keep tidy and has a cozy shared living room.
