Spare room in 2 bed flat w girl 26/27

Hi! Looking for a lovely new housemate between 12th Jan (can be a little bit flexible) to approx 17th May, as my current housemate is going to Frankfurt with her work for that period.

I'm Charli (26), from Watford originally, love a silly giggle and a pub quiz but also going to bed at 10pm x

We live in a gorgeous, spacious flat in Millington House, just off Church Street in Stoke Newington (but more Green Lanes end). Right opposite Clissold Park (STUNNING), 5 min walk to a corner shop with fresh fruit + veg.

We have a super spacious living room, with the two bedrooms on either side, separate kitchen, and then a separate toilet / bathroom with a bath shower.

The flat is a 5-10 min walk to the bus stop where you can get the 341 all the way to Waterloo, or the 141 to London Bridge. We're 15/20 mins from Canonbury / Finsbury Park or it's an easy bus up to Manor House, too, with Stoke Newington station 20 mins the other way.

The room itself has a double bed, an electric sit/stand desk with a monitor (ideal for WFH), huge built in wardrobes, lovely shelves. We can leave it fully furnished or remove whatever you don't want in there.

Happy to consider male / female roommates - I have a bf who is here a lot so be nice to have someone who doesn't mind that or also likes having ppl over. Always would love to make new mates to take to the auld shillelagh for a pint of Guinness x
