Large double room in a cottage in Stoke Newington.

Looking for in a new housemate in the cottage! We are looking for someone who is kind, quiet, clean and considerate. Preferably female or non binary. Preferably someone who doesn’t wfh.
Shaki, 30 works in data support for a charity. In her spare time likes to go to go to gigs, travel and read.
Chloe, 27 works for the British council. She likes to go to art galleries and gigs

The house is on a quiet road with friendly neighbours in Stoke Newington. We’re really conveniently located 3 minutes from Rectory Road overground, to buses that go to central, to Finsbury park or south. We’re a 15 minute walk to Dalston Junction, or you can get up to Seven Sisters for Victoria line. There is a kitchen and living room area with a sofa, a TV and a dining table.

The room is a large double room with the good light, and the rent is adapted to size. There is also a storage space behind the wardrobe. It’s part furnished with a double bed and mattress. The rest of the furniture in the photos belongs to the current tenant.

The rent for the room is £833.30 per month. Bills are about £100 (including council tax, band D). Move in date is flexible but by the 27th December at the latest. You'll be added to the contract and the agency will ask for a deposit.
