Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in Stoke Newington (right next to the famous Church Street) between the 14th of December and 17th of January.

🏘️ The room is huge with a large attached balcony, a sofa, a desk, and a TV, and there’s loads of storage with extra shelves and a cupboard. The house has a shared living room, kitchen, and extra bathroom downstairs.
We’re a 10 minute walk to Stoke Newington station, and a 2 min walk to a bus stop that takes you directly to Central London 🙂

📍Location:

🎫 You’ll be a 5 min walk to Clissold Park with lovely deer, ducks, birds and even goats (!) 🦌🐐 Also a very short bus ride to Angel, Islington, etc.

🚊Direct overground to Liverpool Street, Bethnal Green, etc. Easy access to central London with direct buses to Oxford Circus and King’s Cross.

🛒 8 min walk to Sainsbury’s, Iceland, or Wholefoods. 15 min walk to a big Morrison’s.

🛍️ There are so many independent shops and stores when you walk through Church Street!
If you’re into markets, I’d highly suggest Broadway Market or Columbia Road Flower Market which are both very easy and commutable distances (20-30mins)

🌿 Various parks are walkable distance - the closest is Clissold Park, which is huge!

🍻 Loadsss of pubs and restyarants sprawled across, just 5 mins from your doorstep (Loading Bar, Jolly Butchers, Good Egg, Blue Legume, etc.)

✨ you’d be living in a house with an Italian girl who works in design, and a Croatian girl who works in acting 🙂 Both clean, and we like to keep the house tidy, so this is required.

💰 I pay £1100 including council tax for this room because it’s huge with the large attached balcony (+ the TV and sofa allow me to use it as my own living room sometimes) but I appreciate this is expensive and unaffordable for some so I’m willing to negotiate this down and be as flexible as possible, so please feel free to message if you like the look of the room/house.
