We are subletting a room in Stoke Newington for a minimum of 6 months, starting from the 14th of June.
The room is cosy, on the top floor of a 2 storey flat with plenty of light. It's currently furnished with a desk, chair but it can be unfurnished depending on preference. The bed is not included but can be bought from the current occupant if interested.
There's a fully equipped kitchen, large balcony at the back and separate toilet and shower room but the living room is currently a bedroom.
The flat is located right opposite Rectory Road station, with great links to both overground and underground lines as well as plenty of buses. It's right next to Hackney Downs Park and 10 minutes away from Stoke Newington High Street and Church Street, where's there's plenty of cafés, shops, restaurants. It's an ideal location but still in a quiet residential street.

The room is £850 with all bills included.

We will be holding viewings from between 22nd-30th May.

About us: We are two professional women working in the creative industry, between 35-37. We are fun and social but also respect each others space. We are busy most of the time but enjoy socialising in our free time.
