Veggie/vegan professional female (age 38+) wanted for arty houseshare in Stoke Newington, Hackney N16.

Rent is £930 pcm inc. all bills (+ £400 deposit) from 1st February 2025 
 
We’re looking for a female vegan or veggie housemate (aged 38+) to join our lovely communal 4-bed house-share in Stoke Newington, a creative professional looking for a settled home and wanting to stay for the long term. We’re a long-standing, friendly and sociable communal household, living in a house with lots of character. It’s a secured tenancy, on a long-term rolling contact.
 
This large, sunny first-floor bedroom is available from 1st February 2025, and is unfurnished (but the double bed and shelving is available to purchase). Shared spaces are: large kitchen with dining area, lounge with TV, study, bathroom with bath/shower, utility room with washing machine, shared storage spaces, and a small beautiful garden.  

The room is for one person only, no couples, who must be happy to share some food basics, cleaning supplies, and be prepared to clean the house once every 4 weeks, on a shared rota. No smokers and no pets, and females only.
 
We’re a friendly bunch (two women and one man), aged between 38 and 61. Lloyd and Elsa are vegan, and Jane is pescatarian, so we’d prefer vegan or vegetarian housemates. We work in the arts/education/with children and enjoy being sociable, as well as having our own space. We like making stuff and visiting London’s cultural places in our free time.   
 
We are close to the many lovely shops, cafes and restaurants of Stoke Newington, Morrisons and Stoke Newington train station. Short walks away are Upper Clapton and Springfield Park. Convenient for bus connections – buses 149, 76, 106, 476, 393 - to overground and tubes at Finsbury Park, Dalston, Manor House and Seven Sisters.  
 
Rent: £750 pcm (+ £400 deposit) 
Plus bills: £180 pcm (including energy, internet, TV licence, water rates and council tax, cleaning kitty).
 
We’ll be meeting people and having evening viewings from 7th December onwards.
