Hi!

My housemate is moving on but I love the flat and am looking to keep it. Current contract runs until Feb and then goes month to month or I've been told we'll be able to sign a new 1 year one.

Room is a good sized double with a big built in wardrobe. Flat is in a modern block and on the thrid floor with great views facing south.

Centrally located to Stoke Newington and all the bars, cafes & parks of Church Street. Stoke Newington Station is a couple minutes walk away and there's lots of bus routes leaving from 1 minute away.

I'm a documentary film editor. Like to watch a film and cook. Not a massive party house but do like to host for food and make the house a fun place to be! We keep the place pretty tidy but all pretty relaxed.

Water is included in the rent. Council tax is currently £88 pp pm. Electricity is £35ish. Wifi is £15.
The estate agent charges £50 one off fee for changing the name on the tenancy I think.
