Room available in a shared 4 bed flat (ground floor) in the centre of Stoke Newington minutes from Clissold Park and Church Street. Situated 10 minutes from the overground station which goes directly to Liverpool Street, and a 3-minute walk to buses into King's Cross and Oxford Circus.
We’re looking for an easy-going female flatmate in their mid/ late 20’s to share with 3 other female flatmates also in our 20’s/30's,
The flat is a ground floor single level flat with a large kitchen/ living space and spacious bathroom for the 4 of us, with another separate toilet too. The room is bright and airy with a newly fitted double glazed window, looking onto our front garden. Room includes double bed and a large wardrobe. ( Dresser and bed side tables available to purchase additionally if wanted)
You’ll be sharing the house with 3 lovely girls: Addie, who works in a pharmaceutical company, Alice, who works in MarComms, and Annabelle, who works for an arts institution.
We like to spend our free time out with friends and exploring London. We all mostly work in central London, but occasionally work from home - we have good WiFi if you’ll also be working from home!
£831pcm including all bills, deposit is £721, and no estate fees.
The room needs to be filled by the 19th of January 2025.
