I'm looking to let out my 2-bed apartment from the 4th to the 25th of January - or anywhere between.

The second bedroom has been converted into a dedicated office space.

£1500 for the full-time. Shorter lets considered would be discounted accordingly.

It's a 5-minute walk from Clissold Park and 10 minutes from Stoke Newington's idyllic high street.

Or if you head in the other direction you'll be in Finsbury Park in 10 minutes too.

It's on the Picadilly line which is to date the most convenient tube line I've been on, very rarely having to change.

The apartment is south-facing, gets lots of light all day, has a high EPC rating, stays warm, and has a modern kitchen and bathroom.

There's a king size bed in one room and the other has been turned into a study. It has 2 desks with chairs, perfect for work from home. But there is also the option of a large inflatable double bed which we usually bring out for guests.

We have full-fibre/high-speed internet/WiFi, a dishwasher, a clothes washer and a dryer for utmost convenience. We also have filtered water connected to our kitchen tap.

There's an amazing view of the West Reservoir, often with sailboats zipping along. And to the left, the beautiful Victorian built Castle.
