Room for Sublet: Jan 16th to Feb 28th, 2025

I’ll be traveling outside of London for a while and am looking for someone to take over my room during this period. Dates are flexible within this range, but unfortunately, the house won’t be available before or after these dates as the lease will end.

About the Flatmates:
Professionals with busy schedules, working both from home and outside.
The house is very calm, and everyone is independent, friendly, and super clean.

Room Details:
Rent: £877/month, plus £142/month for bills (total: £1,019/month).
Bills include all utilities as well as shared essentials like toilet paper, soaps, spices, etc.

Fully furnished:
-Double bed with a mattress.
-Two wardrobes and plenty of shelves.
-Desk and chair (available for purchase if preferred after the sublet).
Note: The sofa previously in the room is no longer available.
For the full period, the cost includes half of January’s rent plus the full month of February.
