Hey there! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to join me in my bright and modern 2-bed flat right in the heart of Stoke Newington. Ideally, I’d love to live with another woman who values a calm, tidy, and relaxed home. The flat is just a few minutes’ walk from Stoke Newington Overground and close to great shops, cafés, and restaurants, with Church Street only two minutes away for weekend strolls and delicious eats.

The space is light and airy, with a spacious living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a lovely wraparound balcony. The master bedroom is available – big enough for a double bed, wardrobe, and desk – the room comes unfurnished, but the bedframe and a black IKEA shelving unit in the pic will stay. You’ll just need to bring the rest, like a mattress, wardrobe, or desk if you want one.

A bit about me – I’m Vanessa, 34, originally from Italy, and I’ve lived in London for 12 years. I work full-time in the office at an entertainment advertising studio, and I love photography, yoga, Pilates, long walks, exploring new restaurants (I’m a big foodie), and hosting the occasional dinner with friends.
