Double bedroom just come available in our lovely 3-bed terraced house in the heart of Stoke Newington any time from now! Please read the below and if it sounds good to you please contact me for a viewing:

🛌 the room: furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelving, large mounted TV, a four poster bed bedside table. The windows are bright and south facing with electric blinds.
🏡 rest of the house: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, terraced house. Separate kitchen and living room with a cute little garden with bike storage accessed through the kitchen. We have a dishwasher, coffee machine and even 2 fridges, all working well and communal. We have a separate utility room too with washer, and tumble dryer.
💷 the logistics: rent is £800 Bills mostly included with 1 month rest as deposit , cleaner contributions and flat house maintenance contributions (No more than £100 extra). House viewing to be organised asap. The low rent is because I have just had a baby, so any tenant will have to be happy to have that. She is an absolute angel, but that does mean this is not a party house (although we are not impartial to a glass of wine and hanging out!)
📍the location: We are located right at one end of Church Street along stoke newington high street, so excellent transport links.
5 minute walk to Stoke Newington station.
Many bus stops minutes away that take you directly into and all over london, including a 10 minute bus to Finsbury Park Station or 30 minute bus directly to Oxford Street.
We have lots of supermarkets in walking distance including Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Tesco and Iceland. We also live near lots of gyms , pubs, restaurants and green spaces.
👯‍♀️ 👶Housemates: Young professional couple and baby:
- Me, Bella, (she/her) 29, work in Media, but am on Mat leave now until September.
- James, 30 (he/him) works as a sustainability engineer , has the classic 9-5 routine part time in the office ans part time WFH
- Our lovely little baby Scarlett, only a few months old but good as gold.
🥰 the vibeee: We’re not a party house but we are very sociable, enjoy spending chill evenings in the living room together and like going out on the weekend to pubs/bars, restaurants, mates houses or maybe just having a chilled chat over some wine. Someone is usually up for a walk, on the weekends and we love to cook together. LGBTIQA+ friendly if course 🌈
We are a clean household and have a cleaner come on Fridays to help keep it that way if you’d be happy to contribute 🙂
🐈 🐶Pets: we do have a pet cat called Nova and a little dog called Pluto, so if you are allergic this may not be the house for you! Both very friendly and quiet so don’t cause trouble and love a cuddle!
🙋‍♀️ you?: we’re looking for someone of a similar age and lifestyle to join the house family. No couples but partner’s welcome to stay.
