My double bedroom in a beautiful top floor, loft conversion, Victorian flat in Stoke Newington is available to rent from February 2024.

I currently live here with two friends, but will be moving out permanently between 25th-31st January.

We are very flexible with short term or long term, the shortest stay we would consider would be 1 full month.

The bedroom is a medium sized double with good wardrobe and cupboard storage. The shared kitchen is quite big, and the shared loft / living room area is huge and very nicely furnished and decorated. The single shared bathroom is also a decent size with shower/bath. There are large windows throughout the flat.

The two lads who are staying in the flat are British, 29 year old professionals working in finance. They are both friendly and respectable, and work from home a couple of days a week.

The flat is a 5 min walk from Rectory Road overground station on a nice quiet road. It’s also about 7-10 minute walk to Clapton. Both stations go direct to Liverpool Street in 20 mins.

The total bills including council tax come to about £140 / month. This currently includes a cleaner who comes every other week.
