Cozy double room in a 2 bed flat

Hey!
I have a room going in Stoke Newington,
I am pretty laid back but like to keep the place reasonably presentable and I am hoping to find someone similar.
Room is available mid February and it is a good decent size,
Literally by Church street, near the Auld Shillelagh and all the good restaurants, markets and shops from the area,
Also surrounded by Clissold Park to chill, Finsbury Station/Manor House underground, or Stoke Newington overground for transports,
The landlord agency has asked that people be in full time employment and for reference checks etc so we are hoping to find someone in the next few weeks, and will be doing viewings starting from next week so pls do drop a message if you are interested!
