We’re saying goodbye to our housemate Lauren so we’re looking for someone to sublet our housemates room for 2 months, with the possibility to take over permanently when we resign in March 2025. 🤗

Looking for someone in their 20s/early 30s who ideally works outside the house some days, is up for hanging out as a house and looking to create a community spirit!

We are 2 Irish girls and 1 English girl. Gracie works in publishing, Eimear is a physiotherapist, and Molly works in medical communications. We are clean, friendly, respectful of each other’s space, but like hanging out together some evenings.

The house is a 4 bed with 2 bathrooms and just off Church street so very close to lovely cafes and pubs. It has a small garden out the back which is fab in the summer. It’s on a very safe and quiet street. Approx 20-25 minute walk to Dalston overground and serviced by many bus routes.

We also have a garden which we’re hoping to make more of come the Spring so if you’re green fingered that would be a bonus! If you have belongings to contribute to the overall homely feel that’s also appreciated.
