Description
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone to join me in my lovely flat in Stoke Newington.
The flat is a 15 minute walk away Dalston Overground, and 25-30 minutes by bus from Kings Cross. The neighbourhood is great – so many cafes, bakeries, and a farmers' market!
The flat is not big but it is clean, modern and updated, and has a terrace. No old walls or cold rooms. Bills are also very cheap, only about £50/month.
About me:
I'm an art historian doing a PhD at Kew gardens. I'm friendly and social, but also like to have my own quiet time. I'm happy for us to spend time together getting pastries nearby or watching movies. This is a great flat for anyone who cares about their space and their neighbourhood. I really enjoy decorating and want this flat to feel like a cozy home. I love visiting galleries and museums, and exploring new neighbourhoods in London, and I'd happily bring you along to join!
The ideal flatmate would be clean and friendly! It's not a big space so it's really important to be communicative and tidy.
Our landlord is also super friendly and incredibly responsive. I have no complaints there!
I absolutely love this flat and I'm excited to find someone to share this home with. My last flatmate moved out to e closer to her new job and she was very sad to leave this neighbourhood and flat behind.
The rooms are unfurnished but I found it really easy to fill up. There are second hand furniture stores in the area.
If you think it's a match, let us know!
