Located in a quiet estate on Rectory Road, this well-maintained ground floor flat has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and small external shed. The bedroom size is a large single or smaller double, roughly 13'x8' (105 square feet); its part-furnished, has a built-in wardrobe and retains heat well. 

You'll be living with me (Thom). I'm into films, cooking, arts, reading, quizzes, comedy, music and other generic things. Ideally looking for someone in their mid-to-late thirties/forties, broadly clean and tidy who's easygoing, sociable and considerate. I personally appreciate the convivial side of flatsharing so if you enjoy an occasional evening watching tv and sharing food, LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE.

The shared living room is sunny and comfortable and there may be some space for furniture/kitchenware as the current tenant will be taking his when he moves out. The toilet and bathroom are split with the latter featuring a walk-in in monsoon shower.

It is a smoking house, though not necessarily every day (also, my singing will do far, far more damage to your health).

I've lived in the property for the past 18 months, rented privately from a (decent) local landlord. 

- Move-in date is 1st April 2025.

- Rent is £920pm

- Utility bills average between £160 - £210pm  

- The protected deposit is £950 and council tax is Band B.
