Cosy double room in Stoke Newington

We’re looking for someone to take a spot in our friendly 6 bed shared house.

The room is a fully furnished double with a bed, desk, and wardrobe, and it’s a total steal at £580 per month (bills not included). It’ll be available from 25th November.

The house is split over 4 floors with 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet (which is on your floor next to your room), kitchen, lounge, utility room, and large garden. You’ll be living with 3 girls and 2 guys in consulting/tech/events/ creative fields – all sociable, all respectful, and easy to live with.

We’re ideally looking for a male housemate (28-42) to keep the gender balance and good vibes going.

Bills come to around £100 a month (less in the summer), and we each chip in £12.50 monthly to a kitty for shared household items like loo roll and cleaning products. We also have a monthly cleaning rota that everyone takes part in to keep things nice and tidy.

There’s a mix of WFH and office life, but with a spacious house and desks in each room, it works well. The room is on the middle floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

We’re a 5 minute walk to Stoke Newington Church Street and 3 minutes to Rectory Road overground, so the location’s ideal.
