Our flat is secure, well insulated and comfortable. We have an excellent well equipped kitchen with a GREAT cooker.
You can be as social or as antisocial as you like. Sam and I are old friends and we are very welcoming but we don’t expect anything from a flatmate socialising wise. We’re entering our third year in the flat and one tenant is moving out. We’d like someone tidy and considerate to share our lovely home with us.
