Lodger! Double Room In Stoke Newington

The Double room is for a Lodger.
We are a family renting a double room fully furnished ( Bed, mattress, table, wardrobe, bed side table) in a house with a family of four.

Our wonderful Lodger Stella has decided to move back to Brazil after completing her MA. We’re now looking for another lodger to share our newly extended 4-bedroom house in the heart of Stoke Newington!

The house is spacious, bright, and full of character, offering plenty of shared areas to make you feel at home, including:

- A modern, fully equipped kitchen
- Two cozy living rooms
- Two bathrooms
- A lovely garden and patio for relaxing
- WIFI
- Washing machine
- Dryer

The room is ideal for a student or young professional who doesn’t mind sharing with a family-friendly home. You’ll be living with a creative, music-loving people: two daughters (13 and 15), and easygoing parents who are warm, friendly, and happy to chat.

We’re looking for someone who values a lively yet respectful environment, where there’s music playing and creative energy in the air. If you’re open-minded, sociable, and don’t mind a family atmosphere, this could be the perfect place for you!

Rent and Details:
very Open to Short term ( 2 to 6 months) or Long Term
Rent: [£800 per month (bills included)

We are a mix race family Mum( Black/French), Dad(White/English), daughters ( mix-race and gorgeous!)

Location: Stoke Newington, close to parks, cafes, and transport links
Move-in date: [15/12/2025]/ or anytime in January 2026!
