Beautiful room in a modern 2 bed apartment with balcony in Stoke Newington. The apartment is modern, well insulated in a lovely neighbourhood, right next to Clissold Park.

Move in date would be February 1st, for at least 6 months, with the possibility to extend for the full year.

I am looking for a new friendly and clean roommate to share this beautiful apartment with. I love the neighbourhood and I am an active person who loves doing sports and exploring London on the weekend. I am working full-time, but would enjoy cooking or watching a movie together from time to time, but also respect everyone's space.

The apartment is newly renovated and has a bright and spacious living room area with a large balcony and an elevator. The room has a large built in closet and enough space for a bed and desk. Currently 1-bedroom is fully furnished, with the other bedroom acting as an office/study. There is plenty of space in the main kitchen/living area to set up an additional office if needed.

Your room will have a large built in closet with lots of storage space and a double bed with mattress itc.

Apartment itself is fully furnished with:

The exact rent is £1,162.50 GBP. Additional bills roughly 100 GBP per person (slightly more in winter).
