Hey everyone! We are renting out our bedroom for up to two months while we’re away, and we're looking for a trustworthy and respectful tenant(s) to take over during this time.
Perfect for someone in London for a short period of time or anyone not yet ready to commit to a long term rental in a new flat.

The flat is very spacious and full of character, with a beautiful shared garden— a rare find in London! You'll be sharing with our lovely flatmate Alanis (23yrs old), who works in bakery industry and is easygoing and very friendly.

1 min to Abney Park
3 min to Church Street with all its cafes, restaurants, and shops
Multiple bus routes right outside, taking you quickly into central London

Bills are not included (£150/month) so total would be £1000/month all included for one tenant.
Open to couples with a rent+bill adjustment at £1200/month for a couple.
