Double room in quiet Stokey Flat

Hey!

I am a Designer, and I work in an Agency in Farringdon three days a week. I am very chilled. Now and then, I enjoy a chat at the end of the day, I practise lots of sports and meet with friends over the weekend.
My flatmate is leaving, and I am looking for a replacement. I have a pretty busy social life, but I am always happy to create new connections. During my time in London, I found many good friends in flatshares, so I wouldn't mind this happening again. :)

I am looking for someone respectful, clean and a nice person overall with a collaborative energy. This is very much a home, so the person moving in will need to treat it as such.
These are all non-negotiable, so please decide if this would be the right fit before showing interest, as things simply won't work otherwise. :)

The house is split over 3 floors:

Ground floor: storage space and room for bikes, shoes etcetc First Floor: spacious kitchen and living room
Second floor, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms

The whole house benefits from a lot of natural light, and there are 2 big windows in each room (that you can open fully!!)

Both the bedroom and the house come unfurnished. In the house, there are my furniture items at the moment, which, of course, can be used. If you have your own, let's chat and see what fits! The bedroom has only the wardrobe.

-1 stone throw from Clissol Park
-1 stone throw from the lovely Church Street
