Room in Stoke Newington!

Hi all,

I'm looking for someone to fill my room in Stoke Newington. It's a small room, but the price is rather good for the area, and you're literally right off Clissold Park & Church Street, with good bus connections right outside. :) Move in date Nov 24.

Comes with a double bed, clothes rack, dresser and negotiably a mirror.

Rent is 695 + bills that come to about 100-150/month (more in winter). Can consider a lower rent for month 1 (likely 650 to offset the additional days) - rent is paid of the 20th.

Stoke Newington overground is about a 12 minute walk. The 73/476 can get you to Angel in 20 minutes, Kings Cross in 30, or Soho (Oxford Circus) in 40-60 mins depending on traffic. Finsbury park station is a 25 minute walk, and Manor House is about 20. Also easy connections to Highbury & Islington or Cannonbury.

You’re in a building, so any visitors need to be buzzed in for added security, which is nice. The area, if you don't know it, is very safe and full of cafes and independent shops. It's really lively on the weekends and is walking distance from Dalston.
Not a party house, non-smoking, ideally looking for another female tenant.

You'll be living with Ruth, 31, who works in education admin. Jade, 27, works in marketing for a healthy drinks company. Both have lived here for a few years 🙂
