You'll be sharing with one other person.
The flat comprises of a nice sized living room, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumbledryer, and shared bathroom.
The bedroom is nicely decorated, and furnished with a small double bed, a large wardrobe, and desk.
The location is unbeatable. You'll be on Church Street with all its amazing cafes, independent shops, and restaurants on your doorstep. Clissold Park is opposite, perfect for a morning run or a weekend stroll, also a 5 minute walk to leasure centre. Excellent transport links, making it easy to get around London.
I'm a professional who enjoys a quiet, clean home and is sociable but also respects personal space. I don't mind sharing the odd meal or a glass of wine.
I'm looking for a like-minded person who is responsible, considerate, and wants to make the flat a welcoming home.
