The area gets super quiet in the evenings and gets plenty of natural light during the day. If you enjoy chilled weeknights and happen to love plants, this place is perfect for you!

About us,
• Abi (25) is a graphic designer for a big cooperative
• Somin, (33) is a project manager at a branding agency
• Alwiyah (24) recruiter for higher education

While there’s no living room, the kitchen is our place for a cuppa and a chin wag. We all have our independent lives but have become friends through living together and occasionally go for a pint, a coffee or a stroll through Clissold park in the sunshine. We’re hoping for someone who’d fit into this dynamic !

Who we’re hoping to have:

Since we’re all professionals, we’re looking for a female flatmate in their mid 20s to 30s who is also a professional or have a regular routine like studying for a master/phd.

We all work in really full on sectors, so enjoy chilled evenings after hectic weeks and sometimes hang out on weekends. We’d love a flatmate with a similar lifestyle (sorry, we’ve moved on from the crazy party days!)

We’ve been great at maintaining a super tidy communal space and are respectful of each other. We do a weekly cleaning on a rota (once a month per person) and hope to keep this up—it’s amazing how good a clean space looks and feels! So if you’re tidy, please please reach out!!
