Room to rent in flat with big bright garden

We are Richard and Lyall both in our thirties. We’re both busy during the week and like a nice relaxed tidy environment. We are looking for someone similar.

The room is quiet, bright and overlooking the garden. The house has a massive open plan kitchen and lounge which opens up to a large garden with patio, we have a pub table perfect for summer barbecues! Bills are around £85 a month.

The house is on a residential street minutes from Church street and a short walk to Dalston. The nearest station is Stoke Newington which is a 5 minute walk. Many buses including 24hr links are minutes away. The area is not far from a giant Morrisons and loads of bars, restaurants and green spaces.
