It’s a great area with lots of nice pubs and restaurants.

The flat itself has a huge living room, good sized kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.
Im looking for someone to move in that's easy going, clean and tidy and generally considerate. I like to socialise but am pretty chilled during the week.

The room is £1,100 and includes all bills, for couples that would increase to £1,300. it’s unfurnished except for a large wardrobe but I can arrange for a double bed if you need one.
