Double Room in Stamford Hill/Stoke Newington

Hi there!

We're looking for a new roommate to join us in our Stamford Hill/Stoke Newington flat.

We are three working professionals (2 guys and a girl). We're all pretty creative and particularly love film and TV. Two of us work in the film industry and the other in the civil service. While everyone has their own lives, it’s still a pretty sociable flat, and you'll often find us chatting and catching up over dinner or whilst we cook.

The flat has great natural light, 3 meter ceilings, double-glazed windows, wooden floors and Victorian features.

- Washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher
- Bills included in rent (including WiFi, council tax and fortnightly cleaner)
- We are a short walk away from a Morrisons
- 20-minute walk to Clissold Park
- Friendly, easy-going landlord
- Bike racks outside the building and CCTV at the entrance.

The room has a lofted bed, allowing for much more floor space and comes with a desk, mattress, dresser and there is wardrobe space in the room. Additionally, there is also a small private balcony.

It's a great and very well-connected location in Stamford Hill. It’s just a 10 min walk from Stoke Newington Church Street. Stoke Newington's Overground station is a 5-minute walk away and Seven Sisters station (Victoria line) is only a 7-10 minute bus ride away or 15 minute walk. The bus stop is right outside the flat with about 5 different buses that take you up to the tube or south towards Dalston.

We are looking for someone who’s really, really clean and conscientious about all the shared spaces in the flat. We’d love to have someone who’s someone who is outgoing and will become an active member of the flat.
