The contract ends in October (with opportunity to renew then) but we've found somewhere else to move to so need three people to replace us in our rooms. Rooms available from 10 June. Can be together or separately so please enquire whether there's 3, 2 or just 1 of you!
The flat itself is wonderfully convenient, being above Stoke Newington High Street, just a few minutes away from the end of Church Street. Each room is a spacious double - one room is actually bigger than the other two and although we currently split the rent evenly, this could be re-figured out with new tenants. There is no living room but we have a well-sized kitchen with a dining table, a great bathroom, and a huge roof terrace. There's also lots of space on the landings. The place comes furnished with wardrobes, beds, mattresses and desks. Council band C. Bills range from £50-100 throughout the year.
