Heya! I'm moving out, and leaving behind my beautiful room in Stoke Newington from June 1st - 15th July, 6 weeks. It's a short term let, however longer term can be discussed.
You'll be sharing the flat with two musical theatre students. The rent is 945, and bills on top about 50 pounds. Currently we don't pay council tax- so ideally we are looking for a student- if not, council tax will be added on top. Band D (I think its about 150pcm more or less).
You will also need to pay a deposit 1067, that will be refunded to you at the end of the contract.
The room is party furnished- with a bed, wardrobe and built in desk (no chair). Let me know if you'd like to see the flat. we'll be having viewings early this week🌟
