Large Double Room in Stoke Newington | Short-term

Hey!

I’m going away this summer and looking to sublet my room in July & August. It’s a large and super light double room. The flat is in an ideal location in East London between Stokey and Hackney Downs. Lots of lovely parks nearby plus restaurants, bars and pubs along Kingsland Road. It’s not far from London Fields Lido which is a good swim spot if you’re into swimming!

Queer-friendly flat. You’ll be living with 2 women and 1 non-binary person. Everyone is very creative, mix of dancers & artists. It’s a homely vibe. People have quite busy schedules so we come and go but hang out for tea in the kitchen sometimes. No parties. It’s a calm flat in the business of London so would want someone who vibes with that.

We also have a very small outside space, our fire escape, which is nice for a morning coffee/evening drinks - see pic for reference.

Closest station is Dalston Kingsland/Junction which is about a 10 min walk.
