Rent & Bills
- Rent: £750 (Room 1) £650 (Room 2 ) per month + bills . Extra £60-£80 on top of rent (electricity, water, and household items like toilet tissue).
- Deposit: £150 holding deposit, deducted from the first month’s rent upon move-in.
- Terms: Minimum rental period of 6 months, subject to a rent review after 6 months.
