Description
Hi, I'm Jon. I'm 29 and work in the Music Industry. I'm moving from Maida Vale into the flat pictured in this ad on 14 November. The furniture in the pictures is also the previous owner's, so things will look slightly different.
The flat is in on the top floor of a RIBA award winning building just off the eastern end of Church Street, and a few minutes walk from Stoke Newington overground (gets you into Liverpool St in 15 min). Views of London from south facing balcony are incredible. Building has secure bike storage and a parking space (intending to rent this out but can be yours for a reasonble price). Your room would be the dark green one but can assure you the dodgy artwork is going with the previous owner.
I have a double bed and bedside tables but obviously you can do whatever you like with the bedroom - put a desk in, chaise longue, recording studio, knock yourself out. I have furniture for the rest of the flat and a fully equipped kitchen, but books and records encouraged in large quantities.
I'm a very laid back person and out and about a fair bit during the week and weekend, currently working from the office twice a week. I'm the sweet spot between clean and tidy but not anally so - expect a tight ship but some food scraps in the plughole on occasion. When I'm not working or socialising, I'm generally excercising or pursuing hobbies - sewing, photography, museums/galleries, cooking, cycling, gym, hiking, travelling, reading etc. etc. Flat also comes with personal chef who will cook most of your meals and splitwise the difference - me!
Looking for a mate as well as a flatmate - someone with their own social life and hobbies but that also wants to do stuff together in and outside the flat.
Please drop me a Whatsapp on the number in the ad if you're interested.
