Double room in 2bed flat N16 - no deposit

Hi all! Tinfoiil hat alert!! I have a room available in a 2 beds with a big living room, mostly quiet although there’s a club downstairs (music finishes at 1am on the weekend, otherwise earlier but it never bothered me) and a fish and chips shop which miraculously doesn’t make the whole place smell! Not a party place but friends and hangs are welcome, one thing I have to give a heads up for is that I do an Indian sort of Feng Shui called Vastu (from which Feng Shui actually comes from) as there has been serious activity when I first moved in (about 10 people witnessed an unlit candle tip to its side and spray wax on a bookshelf)! And other things randomly moving so by all means if you’re scared of this sort of things it won’t do you good. If you’re into the sort of practices that make these worse then this is not for you either as I’m cleaning up! Magick and all etc sorry! if you don’t believe in all this then by all means keep scrolling too as we won’t understand each other at all! Preferably someone Dharma oriented or with a good life discipline which doesn’t stir these things in short. No preference of age gender orientation etc so long as you don’t mind a bunch of copper lead and crystals on the floor! I’m a 36yo single straight guy from Reunion island who arrived here in 2013, tattooing for a living, I play music but am pretty quiet, I don’t drink but I smoke (no ciggies) don’t go out that much but socially capable and not really introverted! I like a good hang one to one or a little get together every now and then, I stopped having benders a while ago though! Room only is 650, bills are about 120 (council tax is 175/2) The place is close to every possible shop, well serviced by buses, overground in a 20min walk, Shoreditch 30min away by bus. That’s all I can think of, looking for someone asap! Short terms welcome in which case I can furnish! Bathroom and kitchen pics incoming i’m cleaning up!
